We at Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc are very proud of our fine jewelry pieces. We strive to give you the highest quality manufactured product available. Because we manufacture your jewelry item, polish it, set it with stones, and package it, we handle your item from start to finish, here in America, ensuring a quality product. Your ring or jewelry piece is always under our watchful eye. Every step of your jewelry piece’s development is inspected, ensuring that when it is finally packaged and sent to you it is ready to be presented and enjoyed for many years to come.
If your jewelry item has damage due to a manufacturing defect, we recommend you call us at 212-480-5125 so we may evaluate your piece. A $50.00 deposit will be secured from you before shipment of your item to Sarkisian’s Jewelry to determine if the damage is warrantied. This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repair. We will repair or replace your jewelry item, and ship it back to you fully insured at no cost to you.
Repairs that are needed and are not covered under the lifetime warranty will be quoted to you for approval before work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied to the repair. If you choose not to perform the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the shipping cost and full insurance on your jewelry piece after evaluation.
Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of a stone, product loss or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
Repair, sizing, maintenance or other services performed by a jeweler other than Sarkisian’s Jewelry will void your lifetime warranty.
*This manufacturer warranty is available only to the person who purchased the jewelry item from Sarkisian’s Jewelry.
“We hope that you enjoy wearing your jewelry piece as much as we have enjoyed designing, creating, and finishing it.”
